My name is Lyndsey McMahon and I’m from Co Meath. I’m mam to twins, Liam and Lauren as well as another younger boy, Seán. Lauren was diagnosed with Williams syndrome in 2022 shortly after birth. I work with adults with additional needs through exercise as my job and have done since 2018
