The Tadhg Fannin Foundation

The Tadhg Ó Fainín Foundation was set up in 2011 by Kariann & Eoin Ó Fainín whose world fell apart the day Tadhg, their son, was taken away from them in a tragic accident. With a little help along the way from friends and family, Eoin and Kariann have setup the ‘Tadhg Ó Fainín Foundation’ in honour of their wonderful son.

This year we are very pleased to announce that the Foundation has agreed to raise funds on behalf of WSAI and we will be informing you about a range of events that the Foundation are running this year. We encourage our members to take part in any of these events and would be very grateful for any support you can provide.

You can obtain more information about the Foundation at their website:

On the 23rd of July there will be a 80’s themed Debs Ball held in the Crowne Plazza Santry.
Tickets €50 each (3 course meal , band & DJ.). Could we fill a table or two??.

26th November Tadhg in your eyes in the Helix Dublin. All entrants (30)
must sell 20 tickets at €25 each and get sponsorship of €300.

Also there is a book “Tadhg To the Rescue !” on sale €10 all proceeds to the WS this year. Its a fabulous childrens book and you wont believe whats on the back page. A top Secret Worries/anxiety folder. Maybe we could ask our members to purchase it. There are 400 copies available at the moment.
